The Crepe Place- 4/20 (w/ Jim Lewin!)

Has your thirst for some rock and roll left you with cotton mouth? Do you find that you've developed an insatiable hunger for electric guitar? Do you keep losing your keys? The answer for two out of three of those dilemmas can be solved by going to The Crepe Place this weekend. Saturday, 4-20 is the date, really easy to remember, regardless of the after effects of any habits you may have.

We're really honored to have Jim Lewin and his band opening for us! Definitely not an everyday occurrence. If we're really lucky we'll have him play a couple of songs with us.

This is going to be a special night, even more so than those brownies in the oven. The joint is going to be packed, considering it's just a stoner's throw away from bustling downtown Santa Cruz. Weed be so happy if you came, plus did I mention Jim Lewin is opening? You'd have to out of your gourd to puff puff pass on this one, to be blunt. So get up off that bean bag chair, throw on your favorite pair of birkenstocks and zig zag yourself down to the Crepe Place. Also, bongs.

Back to "Work"

Wow! Thank you so much New York and Boston! We had way too much fun, can't wait to do it again. Now we're back on the West Coast and it's back to work on our new full length album (more on that in the very near future) and some pretty freaking sweet local shows on the horizon.

On April 13th we're honored to take part in the "5th Annual Young Performer's Showcase" at the Rio Theatre in Santa Cruz. Our first time at the Rio, full band show.

On April 19th we will be at Kuumbwa Jazz near Downtown Santa Cruz as a part of A Tribute to Bob Dylan. Kellen and Jamie will be performing three Dylan tunes as an acoustic duo. Bob wrote a couple good songs.

On April 20th ( huh huh 4:20 Bro!) we're at the familiar confines of The Crepe Place. The great Jim Lewin and his band open the show! If we're lucky we'll get Jim up on the Crepe "stage" for a few songs.

In other news we've added a few dates for our East Coast tour coming up later this month. Also, from the brand new rock and roll record department, things are going really well. We'll be in and out of the studio these next few weeks as we work on our second full length album due out this summer. Lots more news on that will be coming very soon, thanks for staying tuned! We are happy to announce that we have officially begun working on a brand new full length record.We've been over at Gadgetbox Studios in Santa Cruz CA. for the better part of this month. So far it's going great! We're excited to be working with producer Andy Zenczak and engineer Patrick Brede on our third release.

Boom Boom Room in San Francisco- Nov.20 (W/Wooster + Element of Soul)

We have a really cool show coming  up this Tuesday Nov. 20 with our friends and fellow Santa Cruzians Wooster at the Boom Boom Room in San Francisco.

Wooster released a new album last month and its great. Check it out here. They're also doing a pretty cool thing with the folks over at switchcam where you can be involved in helping them make a music video. Intrigued? Here's more information.
