Back Back Back to The Catalyst

A reoccurring theme to these posts have been how time keeps flying by. Last Summer we celebrated our fifth year together as a band. In December Aidan Collins turned, not 21, but 22 (he’s getting so old!) And two years ago as of  March 22nd, we performed on the main stage of the Catalyst for the very first time. On Friday April 15th we return to the Catalyst to open for Blackberry Smoke.

Friday night will mark our third time playing the main stage at the Catalyst. On March 22nd 2014 we opened for one of our favorite artists, Jackie Greene. Later that year we joined our friends, The Brothers Comatose for a Woodstock themed Halloween. On April 15th we will join Blackberry Smoke, who is quickly becoming one of our favorite Rock and Roll bands.

The Catalyst holds a certain prestige for us and has been somewhat of a landmark venue in our short careers. We’ve heard the stories of Neil Young dropping in to play unannounced shows, we’ve witnessed some great shows (Jackie Greene March 2013,) and when we played with The Dirty Knobs, Mike Campbell even shared a story with us about how he accidentally locked himself in the backstage bathroom minutes before a show with Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers back in 1978. The place has some serious history and we couldn’t be more excited to be playing at the Catalyst. Join us April 15 at the Catalyst on Pacific Ave in Santa Cruz, California.
