On Friday August 28, 2015 we will be performing our second Tribute to The Everly Brothers show at The Kuumbwa Jazz Center in downtown Santa Cruz. We had such a good time doing this show last September that we knew we had to do it at least one more time. In the past 11 months we’ve had a great time playing these Everly Brothers songs wherever we go. On November 28 we played “Wake Up Little Susie” during our debut at the Fillmore opening for Jackie Greene. On February 7th we were back at the Fillmore and played “Love is Strange” to a sold out room, and on June 29 we encored with “Gone Gone Gone” to a raucous crowd at the Kate Wolf Music Festival. We never knew we would have so much fun learning and playing these songs and we are very excited to be back at the Kuumbwa playing the music of some of the pioneers of Rock and Roll Music. We hope you’ll join us for this special night.
